主讲人简介：黎红秀是芬兰坦佩雷大学管理与商业学院信息与知识管理系商业数据分析副教授（终身制）。拥有图尔库大学信息系统领域的经济学和工商管理博士学位。主要研究方向集中在用户行为、数字/创新服务、社交媒体、商业数据分析和数据驱动的价值创造，研究发现如何从数字服务和大数据中提取价值感兴趣。

她的研究成果发表在Information Systems Journal, European Journal of Information Systems, Computers in Human Behavior, Computer & Education, Internet Research, Decision Support Systems, Tourism Management, and Information & Management等国际知名期刊上。
